Pizza Hut wanted to be an expert in the Northern European cuisine and an expert in pasta. So they search for a chefs who can develop new dishes for it's casual dining menu, the company found what they wanted in the two chefs namely Jason Lee and Vitor Tan. The two chefs are helping to improve Pizza Hut's menu offering in its “Good Dining Experience”.
Pizza Hut has launched seven new Chef Creations which compose of fish and poultry European fare and pasta dishes, they are original culinary creations which have never been served in the restaurant before. Some of their original creations include Rigatoni in Hazelnut crème, Squid Ink Linguine, Chicken Spinach Cannelloni, Chicken Cordon Bleu and Braised Beef Pasta in Broth.
They used fresh ingredients and the chefs played around with textures and herbs to boost flavors said by Chef Lee. And by the end of August they will launch another menu of 10 dishes.
